Prices start from £5,850 + Vat.
Our Modular Buildings can be assembled bespoke to your floor plan, with interchangeable door and window positions to suit your site. Modules can also be linked together or stacked with a simple linking kit to make large open-plan office complexes.
Modules come with a full one-year manufacturer’s warranty, and additional fixtures and alterations are available. They can be collected as a flat pack, or you can use our delivery and erection service to put it together for you. For more information, please call 01233 535352.

Standard Window Configurations
Every unit has double-glazed tilt-and-swing PVCu windows with aluminium roller shutters, each measuring 800m x 1100m.
- A single modular building has two windows.
- The double modular building had four windows
- The triple modular building has six windows
- A quad modular building has eight windows
